A Victorian town house within 100yards of the village centre with its pubs, restaurant and shops.Oil fired central heating.
Ground floor: Lounge/diner withelectric woodburner style fire, TV., DVD., Kitchen with gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Bathroom/wc.
1st.floor: 1 spacious double bedroom with TV and en suite shower/wc, 1 triple bedroom (double + single) with washbasin and TV. 1 single bedroom with washbasin. Separate shower room/wc.

Oil central heating and electricity included in the price except a £35 per week surcharge for the additional heating from 30th. October to 31st. March.

Cot and high chair available. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs
welcome by prior arrangement.

LIVET END

A Victorian town house next to Livet House. Oil fired central heating.

Ground floor:- Lounge with TV/DVD and small library of books/DVDs/games. Electric fire (woodburner style). Kitchen/diner with gas cooker, washing machine, fridge/freezer & microwave. Shower room. Family bedroom with one double and two single beds, double bedroom.
1st. floor:- Bedroom with double and single beds, TV. Bathroom.
Outside area with garden furniture and mobile barbecue available. The outside area is not suitable for dogs off the lead as there are chickens.
Central heating, gas and electricity are included in the price but there is a heating supplement of £35 per week from 31st. October to 3ist. March

LIVET CORNER (sleeps 2 as double or twin)

Livet Corner is a ground floor studio apartment with lounge, bedroom and kitchen areas and ensuite bathroom with bath and shower over.
The kitchen area has electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. The lounge has TV/DVD and a small library of books, DVDs and games. Heating is by electric heaters and a woodburning stove. Electricity is included in the price but logs can be purchased as required from the owner.
