Livet Cottage.
A traditional stone cottage situated quietly, close to the centre of the village.
2 double bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) on 1st floor, 1 double bedroom on ground floor, bathroom fully equipped kitchen / diner with cooker / microwave / refrigerator / automatic washing machine, radio / cd / tv / DVD / video and a selection of books, games, DVDs and videos. Electric heating is metered and charged at 10p per unit, but the first £5 is included in the cost of the holiday.
First basket of logs included, cot and high chair available. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement.
Livet House.
A Victorian town house within 100yards of the village centre with its pubs, restaurant and shops.
Ground floor: Lounge/diner with open fire, TV., DVD., Kitchen with gas range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Bathroom/wc.
1st.floor: 2 spacious double bedrooms both with TV, 1 with en suite shower/wc and 1 with washbasin. 1 single bedroom with washbasin. Separate shower room/wc.
Oil central heating and electricity included in the price except a £40 per week surcharge for the additinal heating from 30th. October to 31st. March.
Logs for the open fire can be purchased for £4 per basket ( first basket included in the rental price).
Cot and high chair available. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement.
An ideal location for a quiet holiday, touring or outdoor pursuits in the magnificent Cairngorms National Park. Many places of historic interest and castles close at hand as is the whisky trail. See our web site for more information.
