This picturesque bridge was built around the end of the 16th century.
All three spans might have survived the ravages of time, had it not been for the infamous ‘Muckle Spate’ of August 1829, which swept down from the Braes of Glenlivet and took away the third arch.
Dipper and Otter frequent this tranquil spot whilst a short distance downstream lies The Glenlivet – The first legal distillery in the Highlands.
