The Whisky Roads

Follow in the footsteps of former whisky smugglers who traversed the Ladder Hills in days gone by with hardy ponies carrying the water of life to cities in the south. Walk on trails and hill tracks used by 'reivers' (cattle thieves) during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.
